I’m an autistic, non-binary and queer coach, parent, and solo polyamorist with ADHD, C-PTSD, and chronic pain. I’m also an academic skills strategist, graduate education specialist, teacher, career development professional, disability rights advocate, hiking club leader, and positive psychology stan.

Learning and teaching are my main special interests, and I have an honors BA and Bachelor of Education along with an MA and PhD. I also have certificates and training in coaching, positive psychology, PDA, Indigenous cultural safety, project management, Lean Six Sigma, EDI, e-learning, intercultural development, blah blah blah.
